It is soft to the skin very comfortable, no smell when heat is on ,there are settings to control the heat that work great. I bought it for pain in my neck and shoulder and it has helped a lot with relieving the pain .put just enough pressure on not heavy but just right. Good quality !

Once you put this on, you won’t want to take it off. A bit pricier than some of the others, but the quality is evident so it’s worth it. I love the soft plush fabric and that the heated section extends up the length of my neck.

This over the shoulder heating pad is wonderful! I have issues with both shoulders and this heat feels great. I'm having surgery on my right shoulder soon and expect to use this heating pad extensively during my recovery. It is also nice to wear it while working at my desk. Very comfortable, convenient and easy to use. The automatic shut-off is nice too! I liked it so much, I bought a second one for my girlfriend!

I like this heating pad quite a lot. I had it on backwards at first and then realized that the grid pattern should be inside, against you. It makes all the difference in the warmth. I think that Christine S.D. may be making the same mistake ... her pictures suggest that she has the grid pattern facing out.

Heats up fast and feels amazing on my neck and shoulders. The design keeps it in place, and the heat goes deeper than regular heating pads. I love the multiple heat settings and auto-off timer. Very comfortable and effective—great for pain relief and a perfect gift.
